    Once you complete your order, please do not send the payment yet. Please wait for us to check your order and send you a proforma invoice with payment details. Please note that only SEPA payment method is possible (no cheques).

    Germany, Austria:

    Orders 0-50 EUR - Shipping 10 EUR (including VAT charge at a rate given by the selected destination country)

    Orders from 51 EUR - Free Shipping

     

    Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Cyprus:

    Minimum order price: 150 EUR

    Orders 150-450 EUR - Shipping 25 EUR

    Orders from 451 EUR - Free Shipping

     

    Other EU-countries:

    Orders 0-150 EUR - Shipping 16 EUR (including VAT charge at a rate given by the selected destination country)

    Orders from 151 EUR - Free Shipping

     

    For Non-EU countries, no VAT is charged. Please register in our e-shop (menu Login -> New Registration -> Non-EU Retail Customer) and make sure you enter your country. Then you will see prices without VAT. 

     

    For regions outside of European mainland, deliveries can be charged higher. To find out your exact shipping price for this area, please contact us.

    For some countries, maximum parcel weight applies. For heavier packages, shipping will be adjusted manually on the invoice. In case your parcel is heavier than the allowed weight for your country**, we will contact you. 

    **Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Sweden - Maximum parcel weight possible to ship: 20 kg

     

    For all deliveries outside the EU - please bear in mind that additional duty charges may apply, at the rate given by the legislation of your country. 

     

     

    Other countries (not listed among the Delivery countries in the 2nd step of the order process):

    For all other countries, please contact us to check the shipping costs. The shipping price will be adjusted manually on your proforma invoice. 

     

     

    Parcels are delivered via the international shipping company Zaslat or Packeta International.

    Delivery Times

    Christmas dispatching times

    Please check our delivery times to make sure your parcel arrives in time before Christmas. Last dispatching before Christmas: Friday 20 December. After our X-Mas break, the next dispatching takes place on 30 December.

    Gift voucher by e-mail can be ordered until 20 December, please just drop us a message in the chatting window that you need it urgently (the voucher is not processed automatically, we need to fill it out manually for you).

    The last orders of the year 2024 will be sent out on 2 January. After that, the annual stock taking takes place, during which our invoicing & dispatching will be closed. Our stock taking should finish on 6 January, and then we go back to normal :-) 

    Typical shipping time from the moment of receiving your order to delivering the parcel to you.

    (We dispatch the parcel once your payment appears on our bank account - usually within 2 days from receiving your order.)

    Germany, Austria: usually 4-6 days

    Switzerland: usually 10-14 days

    Other countries: usually 4-9 days

    Package dispatch takes place from Monday to Thursday, we are closed on Fridays. Therefore, orders received between Thursday and Sunday are always dispatched on the following Monday.
