Cleaning Powder for Menstruation Cup | Tierra Verde

How It Works

Even if you boil your menstrual cup well, its colour may change over time. The powder is based on baking soda and percarbonate, and it flawlessly cleans the cup so you can use it for many years to come.

How to use it

• Regularly after every cycle: Bring approx. 300 ml of water to a boil, add a tablespoon of the powder, and merge the entire menstrual cup into the mixture. Leave to boil for several minutes. Make sure the water doesn’t boil off. Contact with the dry hot surface of the pot would irreversibly damage the silicone cup. Rinse the cup with clean water thoroughly after boiling it.
• For discoloured or stained cups: Bring approx. 300 ml of water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add a tablespoon of the powder. Merge the cup in the solution and leave it there for several hours (preferably overnight). Then rinse the cup thoroughly with clean water.
